Kira (10th Grade) and Ezra (7th Grade) both now attend a local Christian International school. This was Ezra’s first year and Kira’s second, the rest of the kids (Wyatt - 5th Grade, Elsie - 3rd Grade, Ava, and Lily - 1st Grade, and Emsley - age 3) continued with homeschooling. The kid’s school has been gracious to allow our homeschoolers to join in after-school activities. We are there four afternoons a week, and all the kids get to do sports and activities at one location! What a blessing for a family of nine to have o many poor in one location!
A big change that has taken place in our family this year is that Emsley has turned three! she is no longer in Diapers, she sleeps through the night, dresses and showers herself, and she tells us that she is not a baby she is a big girl. This marks the end of an era for our family! After sixteen years of diapers we no longer have a baby in the family. I’m thinking about upgrading from a diaper bag to a purse and we just went on our first trip without a stroller.
