Finding Open Doors in the Afghan Community

We continue to visit the Afghan community here in Nairobi, looking for homes where the gospel can take root. Recently, after being warned by one house not to return, we felt led to seek out another family—and God opened a door.

Sharing the Good News Among the Least Reached

This new home has welcomed us back several times. Together, we’ve read the Bible and prayed, with three adults and two children listening and asking questions. While they haven’t yet placed their faith in Jesus, their openness to keep reading and learning gives us hope for what God might do next.

Even more exciting, the host of this home introduced us to a Christian family from the same community. We met them last week and plan to return soon, praying that together we can help them start a small church to reach their own people with the good news of Jesus.
